1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on dk22205. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update this information if it changes at any point during your membership.

dk22205 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at registration, before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. dk22205 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dk22205 support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dk22205 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for Members based in Pakistan. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash OTC channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your dk22205 Account balance promptly upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited within seconds.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The general minimum deposit via Raast is Rs 200.
• dk22205 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• dk22205 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account or to a verified account in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
• dk22205 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending security or fraud review without providing specific reasons where disclosure could compromise the investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated within your Account settings.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

dk22205 offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to its Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, which supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times on qualifying games before a withdrawal request may be approved.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• dk22205 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, and to void any bonus that was claimed in breach of promotional terms.
• Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once — whether personally or through nominees — constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only and may not be available to Members whose wagering patterns suggest purely bonus-seeking behaviour at low risk.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the dk22205 Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall take precedence unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other markets: all bets are final once confirmed. dk22205 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the integrity of an event is in doubt, or where a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault. Void bets are settled by returning the original stake to the Member's Account balance.

dk22205 uses certified third-party Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all casino games. The outcomes of all games are statistically random and not influenced by bet size, Account history, or any other factor. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk22205 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or through any other individual acting on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage.

dk22205 employs sophisticated fraud detection and pattern analysis systems. Members found to be engaged in any of the above activities will have their Accounts suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and relevant funds may be forfeited. dk22205 reserves the right to report serious instances of fraud or financial crime to relevant authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dk22205 Platform — including but not limited to the dk22205 name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, audio-visual elements, and game assets supplied by licensed third-party providers — is the intellectual property of dk22205 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, public display, commercial exploitation, or any modification of Platform content without express prior written consent from dk22205.

10 Privacy & Data

dk22205 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between dk22205 and its Members. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Your personal data will be used to administer your Account, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and improve the Platform experience. dk22205 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

dk22205 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity. It should never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

All Members have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their Account settings, at no cost and without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to six weeks.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk22205 shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even where dk22205 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dk22205's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. dk22205 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned or unplanned downtime for maintenance shall not give rise to any liability on the part of dk22205.

13 Suspension & Termination

dk22205 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• Member request for self-exclusion or Account closure under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, dk22205 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and to apply any forfeiture provisions applicable under these Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk22205 holds its international gaming licence. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through dk22205's internal complaints process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members are required to submit a formal complaint to dk22205's support team and allow a minimum of thirty (30) days for a written response. dk22205 is committed to resolving all genuine complaints fairly and promptly.

15 Amendments

dk22205 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to the address registered on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this document.

Continued use of the dk22205 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure via our support team.
